WE'RE BACK!!!!
Dear readers and supporters, it is with great joy that I resume making our presence felt here on the RJOY blog - unfortunately, we have been forced to stop for a while due to the ever-present COVID-19 pandemic; as you know, one half of our team – that is to say, our founder D. – is currently incarcerated, and the facility he lives in has experienced a total pandemonium due to the effects of the pandemic. D. has been in danger, too, but thank God he is now doing very well – and so here we are, back again, ready to resume our journey towards change in the Juvenile Justice laws of Washington State.
Rest assured that during this period we have not been idle – there has been so much going on, and even WA State has recently passed some new, very important laws that we are going to inform you of very soon. Things are moving along, and between one major sociopolitical upheaval and the next, there are new, exciting possibilities looming on the horizon for all incarcerated men and women who have been originally sentenced as Juveniles... follow us along this exciting adventure, and please support us by spreading the word as much as possible about what we are doing! This is something that concerns all of us, and we are going to be part of the ultimate triumph!
